Story
I grew up surrounded by cables and curiosity. My mother is an electronics engineer; by age three I was already in front of a computer. Technology was never new to me. It was the language of my childhood.
I started out studying engineering, but reading my mother's MBA books I found something that gripped me more: how technology becomes product, business, something that changes people's lives. I switched to Marketing and bet early on product management, back when almost no one in Peru had a name for it.
Since then I have led portfolios worth hundreds of millions, multidisciplinary teams and innovation labs. I studied finance at ESADE and leadership at MIT Sloan. I founded businesses, won and lost, and learned the real cost of moving people behind a purpose.
Today my obsession is AI applied for real: agents and multi-agent systems in production, with measurable ROI. I think internationally, not just locally. And I believe the best use of what I know is to open doors for others.
